Neck size needs to be 16 1/2 or larger. Need to be able to button neck up to wear white tie!

37 x 33 (diameter) cm

Signs of use on lid but otherwise nothing wrong with it. Ideal for stoning animal food/straw etc. as lid locks down. I used it to keep my recycling in!
