It's been in the shed for at least 5 years so is in need of a clean itself! It appears to be working - it just needs a good clean. It comes with the hard floor cleaning attachment (unused), stairs attachment, upholstery brush, a full bottle of hard floor shampoo and a bottle of VAX shampoo (about a 1/3 left). The purple handle on the top water container is missing but this doesn't affect use. If I find it I'll give it with the VAX. The user manual is available online.
