This is a used number that has served us well for many years. Needless to say it has fair wear and tear for its age with some scuff marks etc. The steps are slightly loose and may need to be glued again, but all still fully functional though with all parts included. Had to make a small adjustment to the section where the steps attach, to fit this above another bed. This DOES NOT include the mattress. This will be dismantled for collection but you will need a large car or van for the longest parts. Instruction manual included.
