(If you search this and add 'instructions' it should take you to a pdf showing what is involved in building it.) This was obtained from free-cycle several years ago and having been played with it has now been outgrown. It still appears to be solid but some parts will need repairing or replacing and it will probably need the roof re felting. The ladder to climb up to the platform is beyond use and has been destroyed. The slide is not made for the playhouse and is an old one that was modified and fitted to the tower and may need re modification. Approximate size: Floor to apex of house = 8'2" , length front to back = 6'5" ( veranda 2'2" / house 4'3"), width = 4'9", height to platform = 3'3", height of side wall of house = 3'6" Basically the house bit is constructed like a small garden shed and fitted on top of the platform.
