If you're not sure what UX is, you're lovely, but that's not you :-). The best example is the function we have to indicate your availability, to allow two freeglers to agree a date/time to meet up. If you've not seen that, you can access it from the Settings page. If both parties have filled out info, then we can help you speed up the process of agreeing a collection time. This is a tricky problem - if you have broad time slots (like we do) then they don't work for some people; if you have lots of flexibility then it becomes complicated and off-putting for others. We'd like to have something that felt really nice and simple, but still allowed enough flexibility, and we don't know how to do that. Classic UX issue. Can you do UX? Help make Freegle better!
