All working order. Smoke and pet free but sadly not kid free so will need a wipe down as a few mark. Very comfy to sit and sleep on. Sofa hed is metal spring action which pulls out. Easy to turn into a bed. Needs collecting today or 1st thing tomorrow as new sofa is on it's way. Sofa is heavy so will need 2 people and van to collect. Thanks.
