The brake is missing from the back wheel (though my daughter never used it anyway), and the plastic is a little bit chipped at the front. Handlebars are 67cm high, and not adjustable. My tall 18 month old and short 3 year old can both ride it comfortably. Collection from Tolworth/Berrylands area. Would ideally like it to go to a child who otherwise wouldn't have a scooter. Thanks.
